Gift cards can ONLY be used in person at Burlington location. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with online orders due to the constraints of their payment system.

Gift Cards/Certificates purchased for Karma cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.  Value not to exceed the credit balance on this card.  Card cannot be replaced if it is lost or damaged. Cannot be used as gratuity. Card is only valid for one year. Please contact us if you have concerns or issues regarding a purchase. KARMA BURLINGTON reserves all rights.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

* Gift Cards can be purchased using non-US Bank credit cards from overseas but we do not ship internationally.

We do not support Giftly or any other similar gift card services.

The only gift cards valid at our restaurants are the one issued directly by us or by our partner POS company.
